Kibbitz & Konnect serves Atlanta’s Jewish Singles throughout greater Atlanta.
We host exciting social events (sometimes partnering with other Atlanta Jewish organizations!) such as AJFF movies, networking meetings, theatre, concerts, dining, dancing, and Shabbat dinners with other Jewish singles.
Our calendar of events is for three separate groups: young professionals, 35+, and over 50.
Our mission is to promote Jewish continuity by hosting social events where Jewish singles may meet potential romantic partners.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization.

50+ age singles, join us December 12 at 6:30pm at the Sandy Springs home of Robin & Sabi Varon for Shabbat dinner. Robin is an amazing kosher caterer & this will be a unique opportunity to celebrate Shabbat with an intimate crowd. Men’s tickets are SOLD OUT. Ladies, we still have a few available seats. Tickets are $18 and include dinner. Address will be provided upon RSVP.

50+ age singles, join us for a cooking class at The Cook’s Warehouse on January 25 from 4pm to 6:30pm. Tickets are $125, which includes the cost of the class, beverages, ingredients, etc. RSVPs are needed by December 15 in order to ensure we have enough participants. We’ll begin with beverage service, followed by preparation of the selected menu, and then we’ll enjoy the meal together!

On January 18 at 4:00pm at B’nai Torah, certified divorce coach Justin Milrad will guide us through conversation & storytelling for those moving through or past divorce. Step into an evening of connection, courage, & celebrate new beginnings. This uplifting event invites you to release the weight of what was (regardless of when you were divorced) and raise a glass to what’s possible! Kosher wine and light appetizers will be provided. Tickets are $18 until 1/15 and will go up to $23 on 1/16.

We’re hosting Shabbat dinner for our entire Kibbitz & Konnect community on Friday, February 13 at Or Hadash. Happy hour with wine & appetizers will begin at 6pm, followed by services at 6:30pm, and dinner at 7:45pm. Vegetarian entree option available upon advance request. Seating by age group. Tickets are $36 until 2/10 and go up to $50 beginning 2/11.
Book NowRay Alyssa Rothman knows firsthand the need for premier singles events in Atlanta. After realizing there was a clear missing opportunity in the Jewish singles community around Atlanta, she took matters into her own hands and started creating engaging, interesting events for the audience, she herself was a part of. This prompted her to host a series of Jewish singles parties in Atlanta in 2013 and 2014.
Today, Ray Alyssa Rothman’s idea has evolved into a more comprehensive, even more engaging forum with an online communications arm. Kibbitz & Konnect is an ongoing series of events focused on connecting Atlanta’s Jewish singles and professionals.
Organized as a not-for-profit organization, Kibbitz & Konnect offers new, fun, and exciting social events such as networking meetings, theatre, music concerts, dining, dancing, and Shabbat dinners to enable people to meet, connect, and get to know one another.
“Kibbitz & Konnect is unique in that it offers a greater variety of events and types of activities specifically targeted to a broad age range of Jewish singles,” explains Ray. “No other group or organization will command such a leadership role in bringing the best of Atlanta to Jewish singles.”
Kibbitz & Konnect is partnering with a wide variety of Jewish affiliated organizations to both help with programming and to promote awareness within the community. “Engaging Atlanta’s Jewish singles to mix and mingle is what this program is all about!”

Come out to our End of Summer Bash for all singles on Sunday August 27th from 6 – 9 pm at Concourse Athletic Club. Weather permitting, it will be pool side but no bathing suits. In case of inclement weather, it will be in the restaurant.

Kulanus, the empty nester group of The Temple, is partnering with Kibbitz & Konnect and the AJFF this Sunday, February 19 for a discussion and screening of “Barren” at Landmark’s Midtown Art Cinema (931 Monroe Dr NE). The show starts at 11:45 pm (108 minutes followed by live interactive discussion). There will be a brunch before the show at a nearby venue Mtg at Apres Diem Bistro. Space is limited to 35 people! This will put you with the parking garage on your immediate right that you can park in. You can also drive passed the building and turn right at the first stop light. This will take you to the front of Alma Cocina where valet it. The Parking Garage is not free, however, we validate up to 3 hours of parking time – so your first 3 hours will be free in the garage.
